It will run daily in both directions.
This was announced by the head of Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi. The train between Warsaw and Rava-Ruska will also stop in Lviv.
“Another important step towards improving railway connections between Ukraine and Poland: already on June 1, the Polish railway company SKPL plans to launch a train that will connect Warsaw and Rava-Ruska with a transfer to Lviv. This connection will allow passengers from the Ukrainian and Polish sides to get there conveniently and will relieve traffic checkpoints.
The railway crossing point in Ravi-Ruska has not worked for more than 20 years. I am glad that Ukraine and Poland are opening a new page of the railway connection between our country and Europe together. Because Ukraine is also an important part of it,” said the message of the head of the Lviv Oblast.
A train designed for 240 passengers will run daily in both directions. Departure from Warsaw-Vskhodnia railway station is planned at 14:00 (local time), from Lublin – at 16:00. Arrival at Rava-Ruska at 20:15 (Kyiv time).
