To date, 1,400 video surveillance cameras have been installed in the region to help investigate criminal offenses and find criminals. As part of the Vision project, the region’s video surveillance functionality has been expanded to provide digital analysis and processing of data coming through the region’s cameras.
Thanks to the system, information about vehicles can be found very quickly using artificial intelligence and augmented reality technologies. Specialists who will work with the integrated video surveillance system of Lviv region will also be able to obtain data from other regions, which will help speed up the process of prevention, detection and prevention of new crimes.
