Due to blizzards in the highlands of Ivano-Frankivsk and the eastern part of Transcarpathian regions, a significant avalanche danger is expected – level 3.

Significant avalanche danger (level 3) due to snowfall and blizzards is expected:
– January 14-15 – on the highlands of Ivano-Frankivsk and the eastern part of Transcarpathian regions.❗
Avalanches are possible with low additional loads, individual natural medium and large avalanches.
We advise you to refrain from hiking in the highlands!
Moderate avalanche danger (level 2), expected:
– January 14-15 – in the highlands of the western and central part of the Transcarpathian region.
