On December 11, at 10:32 p.m., rescuers received a report about a fire in the village. Ashes of Lviv district in a wooden residential building, size 12×5 m.
Rescuers from the 25th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Pustomita, rescuers from the 19th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Mykolaiv, as well as rescuers from the 4th State Fire and Rescue Unit of Lviv were sent to the scene.
There was a threat of the fire spreading to neighboring residential buildings. The rescuers put on special respiratory and vision protection devices and began to extinguish the fire. The body of a man, born in 1963, was found at the scene of the fire.
The fire destroyed the roof and wooden flooring on an area of 36 square meters, household items on an area of 30 square meters.

At 23:39 the fire was localized and at 00:25 it was extinguished.
14 personnel and 3 units of special equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.
