The introduction of the e-document circulation system is initiated by the Lviv Regional State Administration in all territorial communities of the region. It is for this purpose that a budget of UAH 4 million has been provided at the regional level as part of the regional informatization program “Digital Lviv Region”.
Today, July 14, a meeting was held at the Yavoriv District Military Administration between the deputy head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration for digital development, digital transformations and digitization Oleksandr Kulepin, the head of the digital development department of the Lviv Regional Military Academy Maksym Stolyarchuk with the leadership of territorial communities of the district and those responsible for the document flow of specialists in each council.
Volodymyr Dzyunka, the first deputy chairman of the Yavorivska RVA, Andriy Tyndyk, the deputy chairman, and Iryna Kravchuk, the chief of staff, also took part in the meeting.
In particular, during the meeting, Oleksandr Kulepin informed about the advantages of the electronic document management system, discussed the issue of licenses for work in the e-document management system and the main points in implementing the system in communities.
“Today, the electronic document management system will facilitate the work of both territorial communities and district and regional administrations, and most importantly, it will save time and money,” says Oleksandr Kulepin
