Yesterday, February 2, the first trip of the new year of the regional traveling motivational project “United” took place.
Representatives of the Ukrainian Leadership Academy, the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv Oblast and the Lviv Regional Youth Center visited the youth of the village of Obroshino. Study visits are designed to establish dialogue between local and internally displaced youth and unite them into one community.
The program includes training on how to be a team player, how to organize volunteer activities, how to cooperate with authorities and businesses, and how to become a professional in communications.
Hrystyna Mokriy, a representative of the Youth and Sports Department of the Lviv OVA, opened the training.
“I hope that my team and I managed to help teenagers learn more about volunteering and management. I also believe that this training will inspire young people to implement important initiatives for their community,” noted Yevgeny Andruhovych, coordinator of the “United” project from the Ukrainian Leadership Academy.
We would like to remind you that the motivational project on informal education “United” was launched to establish a dialogue between teenagers from the communities of Lviv Oblast and forcibly displaced young people aged 14-17. Within the framework of training, which promotes socialization and the development of leadership qualities, young people unite and form a community capable of creating change. In 2022, 130 young people from Lviv, Slavska, Pidberiztsivska, Zhovkivska, Shchyretska, Davydivska communities were involved in the project.
