Today, in the village of Krasne, at the mass grave of Soviet soldiers on St. Hrushevsky, the employees of the utility company and concerned residents dismantled the tombstone.
Dismantling was carried out in accordance with the law of Ukraine “On the condemnation of the communist and national socialist (Nazi) totalitarian regimes in Ukraine and the prohibition of propaganda of their symbols” and the decision of the executive committee of the Krasnya settlement council.
We will remind that a working commission on decommunization issues was created under the Zolochiv district military administration on the instructions of the Lviv OVA, which aims to complete the process of liquidation of the Soviet and Russian historical heritage on the territory of the district. This year, a number of streets in the district were renamed, and decommunization measures will continue in the future.
