More than a thousand heating points will be deployed in Lviv: the first 18 are already working in the premises of district administrations, cultural centers, theaters, etc. Here you can charge your phones, warm up, drink hot tea or coffee.
If the situation in the city deteriorates and there will be no electricity for more than 24 hours, a second wave will be launched in the city and two hundred additional heating points will be opened.
The traditional educational process will be stopped in the city. Schools with solid fuel boilers, generators and wi-fi are switching to a completely different mode of operation. They will start working as heating points for residents.
The third wave is those points that residents have installed in their homes. As of today, we have 733 houses in which the residents have installed “burjuykas” and are ready for the most difficult period.
