12 tons of humanitarian aid were sent from Lviv Oblast to Nikopol

All this was collected by the team of medical and psychological care, which volunteers at the Main Railway Station of Lviv.

9 tons of water and 3 tons of humanitarian aid, including food and clothing, went from Lviv Oblast to Nikopol. All this was collected and sent by the team of medical and psychological assistance, which volunteers at the Main Railway Station of Lviv.

“Volunteers meet evacuation trains, help forcibly displaced persons move their belongings, provide psychological and medical assistance, inform about shelters and places where you can receive humanitarian aid, direct them to transport, receiving monetary assistance or settlement. That’s how they met and began to cooperate with volunteers from Nikopol – at the request of colleagues, they collected everything necessary. Partners of medical and psychological care at the Lviv railway station, as well as volunteers themselves – Andrii Loginskyi and Ivan Volyanskyi from the USA and Stefan Krysa from Canada, joined the formation of the program with resources,” said the head of Lviv OVA Maksym Kozytskyi.

The community of medical and psychological care at the Main Railway Station of Lviv has been operating on the initiative of the Lviv Regional Government since the first days of the full-scale war. Volunteers are the first to meet in the Lviv region those who come from settlements where active hostilities are ongoing.
