These days, on 21-22 September, Ivano-Frankivsk hosted the Ukrainian Athletics Championships for boys and girls born in 2009-2010.
The large-scale event brought together many talented athletes from all over Ukraine. Lviv and the region were also represented at the competition.

Young Drohobych resident Khrystyna Ivaskevych confirmed her athletic talent with another victory at the Ukrainian Championships, winning gold in the long jump with a score of 5.59 and becoming the champion. Having set her own record, Khrystyna was first in the ranking of the Lviv region team. The girl is currently studying at Lyceum No. 1 named after Ivan Franko.
In addition, the young Drohobych resident took third place in the relay race.
The athlete’s coach is Galina Kondratskaya.
Khrystyna Ivaskevych has many more sports plans. We wish the young woman from Drohobych to conquer many more peaks.
