He studied at the secondary school №72. In 2006, he graduated from the State Educational Institution “Lviv Higher Vocational School of Trade and Services” (then – Lyceum), received the profession of “waiter, bartender, cook”.

After graduation, he first worked at Panonia Private Enterprise, and later held the position of a 4th category bartender at Danylo Halytskyi Lviv International Airport State Enterprise. Then he worked at the Chervonohrad Metal Construction Plant ALC, and eventually at Lux Vosh LLC. According to one of his comrades-in-arms, “if there are people who have never had a conflict with anyone, it is Oleh Blus. He is the one who is always ready to move to the position to “extinguish” the attack, knowing that you are unlikely to return. To deal with any complexity of the task – also to Oleg. And all this in absolute calmness. I don’t think there is a single person who has ever seen him angry or even unfriendly.”
