Land electronic auctions for the sale of lease rights for communal agricultural plots of land will be held on December 12, 2023.
The proposed sites are located on the territory of the Peremyshlyan Territorial Community (outside the settlement) of the Lviv District. Designed for commercial agricultural production.
The area of the site is 15 hectares, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 38,685.60. More details at the link.
“Land auctions allow the agricultural enterprise to increase the area of the land bank, and for the local council – additional revenues to the budget”, – noted the director of the department of agro-industrial development of Lviv OVA Tetyana Hetman.
The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. December 11, 2023.
