E-auctions for the sale of lease rights for communal agricultural plots of land will be held on July 4.
The proposed sites are located on the territory of the Chervonohrad territorial community (outside the settlement) of the Chervonohrad district:
plot area – 10.00 hectares, starting amount of the annual fee – UAH 10,479.54. More details at the link;
the plot area is 17.10 ha, the starting amount of the annual fee is UAH 16,723.51. More details at the link;
“For an agricultural enterprise, the purchase of land for lease at land auctions is a convenient way to increase the area of land use, as it frees them from the need to spend time on preparing documentation for obtaining a plot of land for use,” said Tetyana Hetman, director of the department of agro-industrial development of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
The deadline for submitting price offers is until 8:00 p.m. July 3, 2023.
