Only from the beginning of 2022, information on the regulatory and monetary assessment of lands of 305 settlements was entered.
Over the past 5 years, specialists of the State Geocadastral State Administration in the Lviv region have added information on the normative monetary valuation of lands in 1,095 settlements of the Lviv region to the DZK database. As of today, this indicator is the highest in Ukraine.
These works are carried out with the support of Lviv OVA in cooperation with local councils.
“Every year, our employees organize work on updating the normative monetary valuation of the lands of the settlements of Lviv region, conduct activities on the preparation of land management documentation. This work is coordinated and carried out by specialists of the State Geocadastre in the interests of communities, because after updating the normative monetary valuation of lands, revenues to local budgets increase, at the same time, the ability of communities to solve urgent issues increases,” said Andriy Kavetskyi, head of the State Geocadastre State Administration in Lviv region.
Normative monetary assessment of land in settlements needs to be updated every 5-7 years.
