From April 1, the acceptance of documents for receiving financial support in the form of a subsidy for increasing the number of cows, which will last until May 1 of the current year, began
Agricultural producers, farms, including family farms and individual entrepreneurs who increased the number of cows or created a new herd of cows between April 1 of the previous year and April 1 of the current year can apply for a subsidy. The Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration informs about this. “Subsidy for livestock producers is provided in the amount of up to UAH 30,000. for each head of increased or newly created herd of cows. UAH 9.0 million has been allocated for this direction from the regional budget.
We forecast an increase in the number of cows by at least 300 cows and the creation of at least 10 new farms at the expense of the subsidy,” says Tetyana Hetman, director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development. We would like to remind: In order to receive a subsidy, business entities (legal entities, family farms, individual entrepreneurs) submit the following documents to the Department: – an application in the form established by the Department; – a copy of an extract or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations; – copies of financial statements according to the chosen taxation system for the previous year, and for those created in the current year – for the previous quarter (for legal entities); – a copy of the taxpayer’s tax declaration for the previous year, and for those created in the current year – for the previous quarter. For individual entrepreneurs who are in the 4th tax group – copies of tax declarations for the previous and current year; – extracts from the Unified State Register of Animals on the number of identified and duly registered cows as of April 1, 2023 and April 1, 2022; – a written commitment (in any form) to submit information on the results of production activities for the current year by January 5 of the following year.
Additionally: existing business entities that have created a new herd of cows, as well as newly created entities, provide documents confirming the fact of a newly created herd of cows, namely the acquisition of the herd, their transfer or their inclusion in the company’s statutory fund. Importantly!!! Documents are accepted until May 1 of the current year at the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration at the address: 4 V.
