The 15-year-old athlete won bronze among cadets in the weight category up to 47 kg.
Anna had her first match at the championship with an athlete from Turkey, whom she won with a score of 4-0. In the next match, against the Spaniard, the athlete from Lviv won with a score of 8-1. Next, Anna defeated an athlete from Morocco 3-1 and an athlete from Italy with a score of 2-0.
Only in the fight for the gold final did the Lviv woman lose to the Poles 0–1, but managed to win the bronze final against the representative of Turkey.
The girl is learning karate at the Union sports club. Anna is trained by Denys Kopytko.
