Business ideas and start-ups competition to be held in Chervonohrad micro-region

Tech StartUp School у Червоноградському мікрорегіоні розпочинає реєстрацію учасників на Конкурс бізнес-ідей та стартапів

 

The Tech StartUp School in Chervonohrad micro-region is launching registration for the Business Ideas and Startups Competition, the winners of which will receive consulting and mentoring support, as well as equipment worth up to UAH 200,000 to start their own business.

For whom?

For individuals aged 15 and over, residents of Chervonohrad Coal Microregion

The form of the event

Mixed – in-person presence and synchronous online mode

The competition will be held in several stages:

Stage I: submission and acceptance of applications:

25 June 2024 – 14 July 2024

Stage II: review of applications by the Expert Council and selection of finalists to participate in the competition:

15 July – 16 July 2024

Stage III: the final of the Competition – DemoDays:

30 July – 31 July 2024

Please note that the final of the Competition provides for a mandatory presentation of the business idea/startup by the Applicant to the members of the International Jury, which includes Ukrainian and foreign scientists, experts, investors and mentors, representatives of the local authorities of Chervonohrad district. They will make a final assessment of the business ideas/startups pre-selected by the Expert Council and determine 12 winners of the Competition.

We are waiting for ideas that will change the Chervonohrad Coal Microregion!

It is implemented by the NGO Tech StartUp School as part of the project “Makers, Innovations and Entrepreneurship in the Chervonohrad Coal Microregion”.

The event is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) with the support of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as part of the project “Just Transformation of Coal Regions and Green Recovery of the Ukrainian Energy Sector”.
