The Mayor of Lviv met with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Ukraine Kaimo Kuusk

Today, February 27, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Ukraine Kaimo Kuusk visited the Lviv City Council. Then, during the meeting, they discussed the situation in the country, the readiness of Lviv, as well as cooperation during the war.

“Now is a very special time for the city and Ukraine. I monitor the situation in Kyiv and the country every hour. Every day is extremely crucial for us.

Six months ago we started preparing Lviv for emergencies. Today we can supply water without electricity and have a three-month supply of medicines. We have completely restructured the strategy of our companies.

If someone had told me a year ago that something similar would happen in Ukraine, I would not have believed it. We now support our military 24 hours a day.

My job is to support you and your embassy here as much as possible, “said Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy.

Kaimo Kuusk, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Estonia to Ukraine, expressed his support for Lviv and Ukraine. Also during the meeting they discussed military and humanitarian aid to Ukraine from Estonia.
