In addition to the conscientious performance of their official duties in public transport, controllers of LKP “Lvivavtodor” are always ready to come to the aid of those who need it, and instantly respond to illegal actions. Yes, in less than a week there were four episodes where the company’s controllers demonstrated their care and courage.
“Lvivavtodor LLP controllers are not only about “duty orders and payments”. They are the ones who are always ready to help you. Controllers of the enterprise have repeatedly had to make instant decisions and act in emergency situations – to provide first aid (by the way, almost all controllers of LKP “Lvivavtodor” have certificates of the Maltese Aid Service for completing a course in providing first aid), “defuse” conflict situations or even help to detain criminals”, LKP “Lvivavtodor” notes.
In less than a week, there were four episodes where the company’s controllers showed their concern.
In particular, two incidents happened on Saturday, February 18
During the inspection of trolleybus No. 23, controllers of Lvivavtodor LKP became eyewitnesses of a verbal altercation between passengers. One of them was in a state of heavy alcohol intoxication and had a broken eyebrow. According to eyewitnesses, he violated public order in the trolleybus cabin, and also used profanity towards other passengers. One of the passengers tried to take him out of the cabin, but he fell and was injured. Controllers of LKP “Lvivavtodor” disbanded the men and called an ambulance and a patrol police team.
Also, the company’s controllers called an “ambulance” for a passerby who asked them for help at the tram stop near the Church of St. Olga and Elizaveta. The woman reported that she was beaten and robbed and asked to call an “ambulance” because she was not feeling well. The medics who arrived at the scene made a preliminary diagnosis of a closed craniocerebral injury. The victim was hospitalized.
Two more cases occurred on Monday, February 20.
One of them is near the public transport stop on Kropyvnytskyi Square. The employees of the store, together with a passer-by, were just detaining a young man who did not pay for a bottle of alcohol at the cash register. Controllers of the “Lvivavtodor” LKP helped in the arrest, and also called the law enforcement officers to the place to find out the circumstances.
On the same day, controllers found a man lying on the sidewalk near the Park of Culture. An ambulance and the police were called to the scene.

And in the listed cases, these are the names of the controllers of the “Lvivavtodor” LCP: Maksym Tarakh and Lyudmila Grynko, Oleg Stelmakh, Mysyo Ivan and Ludmila Demchyshak, Andriy Fok and Olena Zhydyak,” the Lvivavtodor LCP says.
