A 34-year-old man was found guilty of illegal sale of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances (Part 2 of Article 307, Part 3 of Article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) following a public indictment by the prosecutors of the Galician District Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Lviv.
The court sentenced him to 9 years and 6 months of imprisonment with confiscation of all property.
Prosecutors proved in court that the convict was involved in the sale of narcotics and psychotropic substances in Lviv. He accepted orders from customers through the Telegram messenger, after which he made bookmarks with prohibited substances on the territory of the city. I photographed the hiding places and sent them to customers along with the geolocation tag.
