The drug business was organized by a resident of Lviv region together with current and former military personnel. They organized the sale of psychotropic substances, in particular amphetamine, among the local population of Chervonograd.
In a month, criminals sold up to 7,500 doses, worth more than 600,000 hryvnias.
For the conspiracy, they created a veteran public organization. Narcotics and psychotropic substances were stored and packaged in her premises.
“Volunteers” even tried to offer and “plant” wounded Ukrainian soldiers on their goods, assuring them that the drugs would ease their pain.
Law enforcement officers detained the organizer and an accomplice in the attempt to sell a batch of amphetamine weighing 115 grams.
