The court satisfied the claims of the Zolochiv district prosecutor’s office of the Lviv region regarding the confiscation of land plots for the benefit of the state from two citizens of the Russian Federation.
We are talking about 4 agricultural land plots located on the territory of the Buska territorial community of the Zolochiv district. Their total area is more than 3 hectares.
Prosecutors established that Russian citizens inherited agricultural land. Ignoring the requirements of the land legislation of Ukraine, during the year they did not alienate the land, but leased it to an agricultural society.
This became the basis for prosecutors to appeal to the court in order to prevent illegal possession of Ukrainian lands.
