In Lviv, a 34-year-old man is accused of repeated illegal drug trafficking, specifically acquiring, storing with the intention to sell, and directly distributing heroin. The Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office has sent an indictment to the court according to parts 2 and 3 of article 307 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to the investigation, throughout 2023-2024, the suspect was systematically involved in the sale of this drug. Sales were made via telephone communication, and the drugs were delivered in person.
