Prosecutors through the court obliged the association to return the agricultural plot of land to the ownership of the community
The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied the claim of the Chervonograd district prosecutor’s office against the company. The court decision terminated the land lease agreement and obliged to return it to communal ownership.
We are talking about a land plot with an area of more than 20 hectares. It is located within the Chervonograd Territorial Community of Lviv Region.
It was established that the business entity, in violation of the terms of the contract, used the agricultural plot of land as arable land, not hayfields.
Therefore, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claim in full.
