Currently, the head of the Yavoriv regional territorial center of recruitment and social support of the Lviv region and the acting head of the military medical commission (MMC) of this military committee, who were exposed for bribery in January, have been removed from their posts.

Head of the Military Commissariat and Acting the heads of the VLK are suspected under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides imprisonment from 5 to 10 years with deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to 3 years with confiscation of property.
The law enforcement officers classified the driver’s actions as aiding and abetting the specified criminal offense. He was also declared a suspect.
