The prosecutors of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office completed the pre-trial investigation and sent the indictment to the court against the citizen of Ukraine for the fact of collaborative activity (Part 7 of Article 111-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, in May 2022, a resident of Donetsk region moved to Lviv region as an internally displaced person.
While living in one of the settlements of the region, the accused helped representatives of the so-called “DPR”.
He established contact with a representative of the terrorist organization and gave him information about the location, methods of movement and camouflage of the units of the Armed Forces in the territory of the Lyman Territorial Community (Donetsk Region).
Currently, he has been given the strictest preventive measure – detention without the alternative of bail.

Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
