The Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office has charged a Ukrainian citizen who switched to the side of the aggressor in February 2022. According to the investigation, the suspect joined the ranks of the occupational administration in Horlivka, Donetsk region, and began working as an educational organizer at one of the learning institutions controlled by the enemy force.
In this position, the Horlivka resident actively assisted in forming and strengthening the structures of the so-called ‘dnr’ and the occupational authorities of the rf. She became the author and distributor of propaganda materials and videos that promoted the glorification of Russia’s aggressive actions against Ukraine, published on websites and social networks, including ‘Vkontakte’, which is banned.
The criminal proceedings regarding the propagandist activities in educational institutions continue by the SBU investigators of the Lviv region. According to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, an individual is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a legal process.
