The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the real implementation of the decisions of the Buska District Court of the Lviv Region – 6 plots of land owned by foreigners were confiscated.
We are talking about agricultural land with a total area of almost 6 hectares. The latter are located on the territory of the Buska and Krasna territorial communities.
It was established that the foreigners inherited the above-mentioned plots of land. Ignoring the requirements of the land legislation of Ukraine, they did not alienate the land during the year. Later, they leased them to an agricultural company, for which they received a fee.
Thanks to the persistent position of the prosecutor’s office and the measures taken, the land plots were returned to state ownership, the relevant information was entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights.
