The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied the claim of the Zolochiv district prosecutor’s office against the business entity. The court made a decision to terminate the lease agreement and return the land plot worth more than UAH 65 million to communal ownership. It was established that the company leased a plot of land with an area of 17 hectares located outside one of the villages of the Zolochiv district. According to the terms of the contract, the plot was to be used for haying and grazing.
However, the defendant violated the terms of the lease and separated the plot of land, sowed and grew soybeans on it. The court ordered the society to return the plot to the Zolochiv territorial community.
