Under the procedural supervision of juvenile prosecutors of the Pustomyty District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation into sexual violence against a minor (Part 3 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been initiated.
According to preliminary information, physical, psychological and sexual violence was allegedly committed against the children in the educational and rehabilitation facility in Lviv region.
The children have now been placed in a safe place.
Priority investigative actions are underway.
The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by the Lviv District Police Department No. 2 of the Main Department of the National Police of Ukraine.
