The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied the lawsuit of the head of the Frankiv district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv against the business entity. The court made a decision to recover almost UAH 200,000 from the contracting organization.
Prosecutors proved in court that in 2018, a contract was signed between the Lviv City Council and a construction company for major repairs of the road and sidewalk on one of the streets of Lviv.
In the future, in order to seize budget funds, the director of the enterprise entered into the official documentation inaccurate data about the scope of the work performed and the cost of the materials used.
In this way, the head of the association illegally appropriated funds from the city budget.
