Owner of erotic salons in Lviv offered USD 2,000 per month for unimpeded operation of her business – suspected owner
Under the procedural supervision of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a 34-year-old resident of Lviv region was served a notice of suspicion. She is charged with offering an unlawful benefit to an official who holds a responsible position (Part 3 of Article 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, the owner of two erotic massage parlors in Lviv offered an unlawful benefit to the acting head of one of the departments of the Main Department of the National Police in Lviv region.
In exchange for USD 2,000 per month, the woman wanted to ensure that her salons would be facilitated in their smooth operation. In particular, non-prosecution of the perpetrators, warning about operational measures of law enforcement officers to expose this illegal activity. Also, providing advice on avoiding criminal liability for the activities of “massage parlors”.
The investigation is ongoing. All persons involved are being identified.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the Main Department of the National Police of the region.
