The woman who gave the house to the son of the military commissar has a personal relationship with her husband (they raise a minor child together), who is registered in the same TCC and is a person fit for military service.
Since the full-scale invasion, this man has never been called up for a military medical examination, data update, or other mobilization orders.
He faces a fine of 17,000 to 34,000 hryvnias and confiscation of the gift.
