Truck Caused Road Pollution
Today, while patrolling Vira, Nadiya, and Lyubov Street, the patrol officers discovered pollution of the road surface with clay. No vehicles were found nearby that could be related to the incident.
Quick Investigation and Consequences for the Perpetrator
It has been established through documentation that the polluter is the Mercedes-Benz Arocs truck. The 60-year-old driver has already been issued a report under Part 1 of Article 139 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences (KUpAP), which deals with the pollution of roadways, as well as failing to take the measures prescribed by law to maintain cleanliness.
After the incident, the patrol officers immediately contacted local utility services requesting to clean the road.
