Bribe didn’t work: a bribe-taker who tried to bribe border guards was exposed at the border
The woman offered three thousand US dollars to a border guard to “turn a blind eye” to the documents she had bought.
At the Rava-Ruska checkpoint, border guards of the 7th Carpathian Border Guard Detachment exposed a native of Sumy, born in 1976, who wanted to bribe border guards.
Her husband, one of her close relatives, was accompanying her to leave Ukraine. The grounds for the man’s departure were, in particular, the Conclusion of the Medical Commission and the Act of establishing the fact of caring for the woman. However, during the passport control measures, the border guards had doubts about the legality of obtaining these documents.
During the conversation, the woman admitted that she had purchased the documents.
