The Main Directorate of the DPS in the Lviv region receives information from business entities that unidentified persons, who represent themselves as employees of the territorial bodies of the DPS, are calling them and fraudulently trying to extort money.
In particular, criminals call entrepreneurs and offer the latter to provide financial assistance to tax officials for their loyal attitude, in particular, with regard to not conducting control and verification measures.
“Be extremely careful and do not succumb to this kind of provocation by fraudsters. If such phone calls happen or have been made, do not silence them, immediately notify the law enforcement authorities in order to prevent and stop fraudulent actions,” emphasized the Head of the DPS in the Lviv Region.
