Acting deputy head of the personnel and awards department of the Lviv OVA Oksana Tsisinska, based on her work experience at the Lviv OVA, previous experience as a brand manager in the Lviv City Council, as well as teaching experience (she teaches at the Lviv Polytechnic University HR management, PR and communications), told what needs to be taken into account in order to build a trusted brand in social networks.
Maria Kurylo, who worked in the mass media for 12 years before working at the Lviv OVA, in her speech focused on what journalists expect from those who manage the social networks of organizations, how communicators should contact all other specialists, as well as what tools to use in their daily work to eventually write interesting and useful texts in a language understandable to people.
“In April, we held the first “Human Language” course. Then it was a learning experience for everyone who often gives comments and interviews to journalists and wants to do it better. Among the participants were mainly heads of departments, departments and divisions. This time, in view of the great demand, we decided to organize a course for those who manage the social networks of these divisions. Thanks to Maksym Kozytskyi, the head of Lviv OVA, who supported the idea. I really want the social networks of state structures to “speak” in human language, because this is what SMM specialists work for. Thanks to the speakers who “pro bono” gave us a lot of specifics, motivated us to look at our work from a new angle. Thanks also to the course participants, who were very active and shared examples from their own experience. It was a day when we learned a lot from each other. I am sure that this will have a positive effect on the management of social networks of the Lviv regional military administration and district military administrations,” said Maria Kurylo.
We will remind, earlier in Lviv OVA held a course for officials who want to improve the quality of their speeches in the mass media. Speakers were experienced journalists and media experts. How it was – read here.
