Today, April 10, the executive committee of the Lviv City Council decided on an additional extension for a multi-level parking lot to the office building located on the street. Heroiv UPA, 73, in Lviv. The project was initiated by the limited liability company “Taurus Hotel Complex”.
The construction involves the construction of a multi-level parking lot, which will consist of two underground parking floors and two above-ground ones. An extension with an area of about 4,000 m² will be built to one of the walls of the building to increase parking.
The office building is being built on the territory of the former Kinescope plant. This place will be improved as a public space with appropriate street furniture. In the architecture of the building, elements of the mosaic authored by Volodymyr Patyk, which used to be on the fence of the “Kinescope” plant, will be preserved.

Heroiv UPA, 73” was adopted by the executive committee of the Lviv City Council on June 5, 2019. However, today, April 10, changes were made to the decision on the implementation of an extension for the construction of a parking lot.
