A motel and cafe will be built at 5 Kyivska Street in the village of Malekhiv. The city planning conditions and restrictions on such construction were announced today, March 8, during a meeting of the executive committee of the Lviv City Council.
ZMYSNA Private Enterprise applied to the Lviv Department of Architecture and Urbanism for urban planning conditions and restrictions for the construction of a motel and café. The motel will have 58 rooms for up to 116 residents.
“The facility is located on the outskirts of the city, essentially in the second line from the main highway. The facility consists of two main volumes: a motel building and a cafe with an exploited green terrace. An interesting attempt at a solution.
In general, the object is being submitted for the second time, and they have finalized our comments. So now we have no objections,” said Roman Krushelnytsky, an expert at the Department of Architecture and Urbanism of the Lviv City Council.
