Children from Kharkiv visited the Carpathians as part of the “Summer without worries” initiative of Lviv OVA

20 IDP children from Kharkiv spent three days in Vorokhta, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Children were received at the “Wild Cat” manor.

The tourist and wellness trip included hiking in the mountains, participation in master classes and entertainment events, outdoor sports.

It should be noted that the children who took part in the trip have been in Lviv Oblast for more than a year.

The trip was organized within the framework of the initiative of Lviv OVA “Summer without worries” with the support of BF “Kigot”, BF “Novi Horizonty” and BF “Opika Maibutnyi”.

We will remind you that “Summer without worries” is a project organized by the LOVA Tourism and Resorts Department in partnership with the LOVA Children’s Service for the children of orphans and internally displaced persons, the purpose of which is to relieve children emotionally from the horrors of the ongoing war in our country. It provides for meetings at tourist locations and the organization of dinners, which aim to distract children from military aggression in the summer.

Last year, as part of the initiative, agrotherapy, rafting on the Dniester River, climbing Lopata Mountain, etc. were organized for children.

The organizers encourage businesses to join the project or provide their location for holding similar events, because only with joint efforts can we resist the enemy and ensure a decent future for our descendants.

“The Children’s Service of Lviv OVA is ready to cooperate with the aim of organizing new interesting events for orphans, children deprived of parental care and IDP children. Together with our partners, we do good things for our children. If you have the opportunity to support the “Summer without worries” initiative, contact us directly,” said Volodymyr Lys, head of the LOVA Children’s Service.
