Order “On establishing restrictions on hunting and regulation of hunting issues during martial law in the territory of Lviv region” dated 08.08.2022 No. 154 was adopted by LOVA.
The order prohibits hunting in the territory of the Lviv region until the termination or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine, with the exception of regulating the number of certain hunting species of animals in compliance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Ensuring the fulfillment of the requirements of the order is entrusted to the National Police Department in Lviv Region, the Lviv Regional Department of Forestry and Hunting, the State Environmental Inspection and local self-government bodies.
