Employees of the transport and communications department checked compliance with the requirements of transport legislation during the provision of passenger transportation services in Zolochiv district.
Employees of the Department of State Supervision (Control) in the Lviv Region of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine and inspectors of the Traffic Safety Department of the Patrol Police Department in the Lviv Region were involved in the inspection.
Therefore, 4 administrative protocols were drawn up for violating the requirements of transport legislation (proper technical condition/absence of a fire extinguisher/absence of an approved traffic scheme).
We note that from July 25 to August 25, the carrier operation continues, during which employees of the state supervision (control) department in the Lviv region of the State Transport Safety Service of Ukraine and inspectors of the Patrol Police Department in the Lviv region check route vehicles and compile administrative materials for violations passenger transportation rules for responsible persons.
