Even in difficult times there is always room for kindness
On July 25, at 19:28, rescuers received a report that a puppy had fallen into a sewer, which was covered with a concrete slab, in Lviv, on Velychkovskoho Street, in an open area.
Rescuers were called by a concerned man who heard the puppy whimpering. Officers of the 31st State Fire and Rescue Unit of Lviv arrived at the scene.
The rescuers used a special tool to lift a heavy concrete slab and carefully released the frightened but unharmed puppy and handed it over to its owners.
In these difficult times, when good news is not so common, such small stories of good deeds become especially valuable.
They remind us that every day we can make the world a better place, even if it is through small but sincere acts.
