After listening to the deputy mayor for urban planning Lyubomir Zubach, the chief architect of the city Anton Kolomeyitsev, the head of the historical environment protection department Lilia Onyshchenko and the owner of part of the villa, an interim decision was made – within two weeks to discuss this issue at the urban planning council and at the advisory council on the preservation of cultural heritage. find a compromise regarding the restoration of the monument and finalize the decision during one of the next meetings of the executive committee. Also today, at an external meeting, the work of independent architect Olga Kryvoruchko was presented regarding the appearance of the restored facades of the building.
“We must protect the interests of the community and the historical environment. Therefore, 2 weeks will be enough for us to return to this issue at the executive committee and make a final decision. I want this case to go to the positive image of this company, and not the other way around.

As Liliya Onyshchenko, head of the historical environment protection department, noted, the building on the street Kotlyarevsky, 47, the villa of Dziadon Dzelinsky was built in 1903-1906 by the firm of Ivan Levinsky according to the project of Alfred Zaharievich. “This is one of the best houses in Kastelivka. The changes made by the new owner are not good, but they are not inevitable. Everything can be recycled. And the stairs must be exposed,” Liliya Onishchenko emphasized.
By the way, already today Roman Tarasyuk agreed that the stairs in the building should be opened and assured that the relevant work will be done. The final decision on the restoration of the facades of the building will be made in 2 weeks.
