Holders of privileged LeoCards who updated their card profiles before the hacker attack are asked to do so again

According to Lvivavtodor, almost 250,000 preferential card profiles were checked and restored after the hacker attack.

However, in the course of the work, it turned out that the data on updating the preferential profiles in the period from March 18-28 was not saved. Therefore, in order to prevent the blocking of cards, beneficiaries who submitted documents to extend the validity of their card profiles during March 18-28 are asked to re-submit them.

“While performing the work, the contractor noticed that some of the profiles needed to be updated. – Therefore, in order to prevent the blocking of cards, beneficiaries who submitted documents to extend the validity of their profiles during March 18-28 should re-submit them. Beneficiaries who submitted a valid document to extend the validity of their transport card profile between March 18 and 28 need to do it again, as the data in the system has not been saved and the card has not been extended. Accordingly, the card will be blocked when you try to validate the fare,” Lvivavtodor said.

You can extend the validity of the benefit in the following ways:

– online through the Resident Portal, instructions here: https://leocard.lviv.ua/2024/03/26/yak_prodovzhyty_termin_diyi_profilyu/

– to make an appointment at one of the document reception points by calling the Lvivavtodor hotline: 0800 303 007.

As a reminder, on the night of March 29, a hacker attack on the electronic ticketing system in Lviv was recorded. A report was sent to the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine. The police opened criminal proceedings and are conducting investigative actions.
