At night in Lviv, rescuers provided access to an apartment where a woman needed medical assistance

On May 19, at 02:17, the Rescue Service “101” received a message from a patrol police officer that a woman was asking for help in an apartment on the third floor of a four-story residential building in the city of Lviv at 62 Doroshenko Street.

The fire and rescue department of the city of Lviv was dispatched to the scene of the incident.

As it turned out, an elderly woman, born in 1937, was alone in her apartment, she felt sick, and she fell almost near the front door, but she could not open the door of the apartment by herself.

The rescuers used a retractable three-knee fire ladder through the balcony to provide access to the apartment for police officers and medics.

The grandmother was lying on the floor near the front door in the corridor, with signs of a stroke.

After the examination, the elderly woman was hospitalized in a medical institution.
