“Easter basket” is a collection of help for those who have faced certain difficulties in life. This year’s “Easter Basket” will be given to families in need and families of fallen Heroes: about 350 families will receive help.
This is reported in the Center for the Care of Orphans of the UGCC.
“It’s easy to help. You can get a so-called “Brick” on which are written the names of products or industrial goods that will fill our baskets in the Garrison Church of Sts. App. Peter and Paul or the Church of the Mother of God’s Perpetual Help. You buy what is written and bring it to the church or to the House of Mercy of Saint Nicholas (7 Taras Bobanych “Hammera” Street, formerly – 7 Korolenko Street) by April 9. We make baskets, distribute them, and then – a photo report,” the Orphan Care Center notes.
By the way, this promotion is valid twice a year at Christmas and Easter.
