Kommunalnyk, a utility company that removes solid waste from the city’s landfills, has faced technical problems. Three garbage trucks broke down, which is half of the company’s specialised vehicles.
As reported by Kommunalnyk, while the vehicles are being repaired, the entire waste removal load had to be transferred to three working garbage trucks, as there are six units of specialised vehicles in the city.
During the repair, the removal of solid waste from the city’s landfills is delayed, as it is impossible to cover all the city’s landfills with three vehicles in time.
The situation is temporary, so the administration of Kommunalnyk asks everyone to understand the delays in the solid waste collection schedules and not to overload the landfills, especially with bulky waste.
The company is taking all measures to resolve the problem as soon as possible to return to the usual schedule of solid waste collection by the City Day.
