Following the formation of the territorial community and population growth, the burden on social and administrative services in Drohobych has increased significantly.
For the convenience of people, a centre for administrative, social and pension services was opened in Stebnyk in the former town council building, where residents can receive all the necessary services without having to travel to Drohobych and beat around the bush.
The service centre is located at the following address. Stebnyk, 8 Mazepa Street.
Among the services provided by the ASC in Stebnyk are:
Business registration services
Services for registration of property rights and their restrictions
Check-in/check-out services
Services of the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection
Services of the StateGeoCadastre and local authorities on land issues
Construction, architecture and cultural heritage services
Transport and security services
Civil registration services
Housing, social services and a range of other local services.
Currently, all ASC services, except for passport services, are available on-site in Stebnyk to both individuals and legal entities from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and on Friday from 8:00 to 15:45. Lunch is from 12:00 to 12:45.
As for social services, the specialists of the social protection department have worked in Stebnyk before. Until recently, they also had to deal with pensions, as the possibility of remote reception of a pension fund specialist has only now been provided in Stebnyk.
Specialists of the Department of Social Protection of the Population receive citizens in Stebnyk from Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and on Friday from 08:00 to 15:45, with a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:45. Separately, the department’s specialists conduct on-site receptions of citizens in the villages of the community.

The centre also provides pension services. A specialist of the Citizen Service Department of the Pension Fund of Ukraine Service Centre provides services in Stebnyk daily from Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 16:00 and on Friday from 09:00 to 15:45.
Negotiations are underway to receive citizens by representatives of institutions and organisations that provide public services to residents.
