The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War has developed a road map of step-by-step actions in cases where a family member:
Enrolled in the ranks of the Armed Forces or law enforcement agencies;
He went missing
He was captured
Died
In addition to prescribed step-by-step actions, the road map includes:
List of data that the Defender’s family must have;
Information on the status, benefits and payments provided for the families of Defenders who went missing, were captured, died, became disabled, or partially disabled;
Cash payments to the families of prisoners, hostages, dead, integrated or missing Defenders.
